Rahul Kumar

Director of Knowledge Management

Rahul leads the Business and Information Services group for Everest Group. He plays a pivotal role in developing the organization’s knowledge management capabilities which are critical and used across the businesses of Everest Group. Rahul also leads the knowledge management efforts for the information-related service offerings such as Account Intelligence, Transaction Intelligence, and Service Provider Intelligence. He is responsible for managing the maintenance, enhancement, and quality of these capabilities.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Rahul worked for Ariba, where he led the knowledge management function for Asia-Pacific region. Prior to Ariba, Rahul was a consultant with Watson Wyatt’s business consulting practice in India. He holds an MBA from IMT (Institute of Management Technology), and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from University of Delhi.
