Ross Tisnovsky, Senior Vice President, leads two product lines of Everest Group: ITO Research and Price Assurance. As a head of the ITO research team, he leads a team of analysts in developing leading-edge thinking on market trends in the outsourcing industry and best practices in IT outsourcing. As head of the Price Assurance practice, he leads a team focused on helping clients ensure fair and adequate prices of outsourced ITO and BPO services and establish an optimal pricing approach. 

Ross specialized in developing and implementing IT-enabled business performance improvement at Fortune 500 companies for more than a decade before joining Everest. His strength in research stems from an in-depth understanding of technology from the point of view of key market constituents (including business users of IT services and technology providers), along with knowledge of fundamentals of high tech products, various technologies, and industry trends.

Prior to joining the Everest Group, Ross was a Project Executive in the Enterprise Transformation group at IBM headquarters. He led internal cross-functional teams on several strategic business transformation efforts within IBM. Additionally, Ross served as a Consultant and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company for five years, working jointly with clients’ executive management teams to develop and spearhead complex business and IT improvement programs. He started his career with successful progression through several positions in technical sales for IBM in Ukraine, Africa (being responsible for business in more than 20 African countries) and the United States, achieving significant revenue growth in short periods of time.

Ross holds an MBA, Operations and Information Technology from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MS/BS, Engineering, National Technical University (Kiev, Ukraine).
