Sarthak Brahma, Practice Director, leads the Pricing Assurance service line. He renders a leadership role in client services to assist decision making on outsourced spend management. Sarthak has led multiple buyer engagements including sourcing portfolio rationalization, supplier bid evaluation, and pricing and contracts benchmarking. He has also worked with leading providers to optimize their cost-based pricing mechanisms, to support their market-entry pricing strategies, and to validate alternate pricing structures.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Sarthak worked as a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young Pvt. Ltd, engaging in revenue assurance, supply chain optimization, and market-entry strategies for telecom, manufacturing, and FMCG companies. He also worked extensively in Europe and North America as a Senior Consultant at SunTec Business Solutions, a telecom and finance billing solutions provider, to commercialize billing products within leading banks and telecom providers. He holds an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune and a Bachelor of Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore.
