Salil Dani is a Research Director in the Global Sourcing team. He leads the analyst team that tracks more than 125 leading offshore cities and analyses trends in offshoring and global sourcing. Salil has executed multiple custom location studies covering Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, and Latin America and has deep insights into these geographies. He has also assisted buyers with global sourcing decisions related to scalability assessment and portfolio end-state design.

In addition, Salil also manages Everest Group’s Market Vista subscription line that provides regular insights on the global sourcing market through in-depth research and analysis on a periodic basis. The Market Vista offering suite contains robust and detailed views into key dimensions of the sourcing space.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Salil worked as a Senior Consultant in the management consulting practice of KPMG. He worked on multiple assignments related to entry strategy, business planning and feasibility assessment for multiple industries such as ITeS, infrastructure, consumer durables, and telecom. Salil holds an MBA (Chairman’s Medallist) from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and a Bachelor of Engineering from Bhopal University.
