What personally-identifiable information is collected?

Email Subscriber List

Everest Group requires that users provide an email address as their login identity when registering for an account on our website. This process ensures a unique identity and provides Everest Group with a method to contact you about service interruptions and other service-related issues. During registration, users are added to Everest Group's subscriber list to receive additional communications about special Everest Group offers, unless they uncheck the pre-checked Contact box. If you choose to un-check the Contact box, you will not be included in Everest Group subscriber list. You may opt to be removed from the subscriber list at any time. To remove your email address from this list, simply login to the sites, click on Edit Profile in the top right corner of the screen, then un-check the selected contact methods in the "Contact Me By" section. Or you may also request that your email address be removed from the website subscriber list by entering it on our Unsubscribe list. Once you request to be removed, please allow up to 10 days to be taken off Everest Group subscriber list.
