Creating an account

In order to access free research and download preview documents, you must register with Everest Group. This simple process provides you with immediate access to complimentary research on the website. To register, please click on the "register" link that appears in the upper right-hand corner of the web page or simply click here. If you are logged into the site, this link will not appear.

After registering, you will receive an email confirmation. (If you do not, please check spam filters to ensure that you receive future correspondence from Everest Group.)

When visiting Everest Group's site in the future, please be sure to login at the upper right-hand corner to access research as you navigate the site.

Maintaining your account

Access your profile, document downloads and orders by clicking on the "Profile" link in the upper right-hand corner (only visible after you have logged in).

Under “My Profile,” you can update your contact details, areas of interest and password. An email confirmation is sent whenever you update your profile.

The "My Document" section provides a convenient, one-stop location for all documents available to you for download. This could include: free research, documents available via your organization's subscriptions, and any previously purchased documents. Use the “Sort by” function to find the documents you need quickly.

Your purchase history on the website is available in the "My Orders" section.

Accessing research

Throughout the website, research accessible to you will have a "download" button under the title on the right side.

If you are not logged in, the “download” button shows for all complimentary research. Subscriber-only research will show price, option to “download a preview,” and option to “add to cart.” Make sure you always log in to download research available via your organization’s subscriptions.

In addition to accessing full reports, "preview decks" are often available for research reports. These documents can help you determine whether the full research report would be of interest to you.

Purchasing research

Research is available to purchase via credit card through the website. Simply add the research item to your shopping cart and proceed to the three-step checkout process.

• First, confirm the order information (billing address, items to be purchased, etc.).
• Second, enter the credit card information to be used for purchasing the research.
• Third, review the transaction.

Upon confirming the transaction, your credit card will be charged and a receipt sent to the email address associated with your account.

Online purchases are secured by Authorize.net, a leading internet transaction processing provider.

Research subscriptions to entire Research Areas or customized services can be purchased by contacting us directly in the manner indicated above.

Searching for research

In addition to browsing the Research Areas to find research of interest, you can also search for research reports via the search box on the right side of the menu bar.

The “Reports Library” is also a good place to look for research reports. To access the “Reports Library,” click on “Resources” in the menu bar. Then, click on “Reports Library” in the left-side menu.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Go to the login page by clicking on “user login” at the upper right-hand corner of the website. Then, click on “Forgot your password?” and enter the email address you used to register. An email will be sent to you allowing you to enter a new password.

How do I know if I’m registered on Everest Group’s research website?

If you are not sure if you have registered on our research website, click on “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address. If you receive the “No Such User” message, you will need to register to create a new account.

I recently registered for an Everest Group webinar. Does that mean I’m registered on your research website?

No, registering for a webinar does not automatically create an account on Everest Group’s research website.

I recently attended an Everest Group webinar and would like to download the complimentary presentation deck. How do I do that?

If you received an email from Everest Group providing you with the link to download the webinar presentation, follow the link and either register on our research website or log in to download the complimentary deck.

If you did not receive an email with the download link, go to Everest Group’s research website homepage. Click on “News & Events” in the menu bar. Click on “Webinars” in the left-side menu. Browse to the desired webinar. On the webinar page, there is a “download” button under the title on the right side. Click “download.” If you are logged in, you will automatically download the complimentary presentation. If you need to register or log in, you will be taken to the registration/login page.
