Pinstripe Merges with Ochre House - Demise of Partnership-based RPO Model

Introduction
On July 18, 2013, Pinstripe, a leading North American RPO firm announced that it merged with its long-time partner Ochre House, a leading RPO provider in Europe and Middle East. This transaction includes Ochre House’s 2012 acquisition of TAAHEED and Carmichael Fisher, two firms focused on the Middle East and North Africa. This development, coming on the back of several others in recent times (IBM-Kenexa, ADP-The RightThing, Allegis-Talent2 etc.), underscores the way the RPO industry in particular and the broader talent management services space in general are evolving towards a construct where providers are trying to create end-to-end services through a single provider model.
