Personal lines of business within P&C have been early adopters of third-party outsourcing services, however, BPO adoption is growing at a faster pace within the commercial lines of business. Interestingly, the growth within the commercial lines of business is partially fuelled by adoption within the specialty lines of business leading to a lot of interest from buyers and service providers alike. This study looks at the drivers for growth of BPO adoption within commercial lines of business, with focus on the specialty lines and key reasons that are driving growth in BPO adoption within the specialty lines.
