Kriti Seth is a Practice Director within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Technology and IT Services research program at Everest Group. In her role, she spearheads the production of published research, including provider evaluations and annual reports, with a special focus on areas such as payments, asset and wealth management, commercial banking, embedded finance, and sustainability. Possessing extensive expertise, she closely monitors technology trends such as mainframe modernization, cloud computing, APIs, artificial intelligence, and platform adoption across the banking and capital markets landscape. Kriti has collaborated with numerous BFS firms, service providers, and technology vendors, providing support in areas ranging from go-to-market strategy and deal constructs to market assessment, technology investments, business model innovation, benchmarking, market positioning, and sourcing strategy. Prior to her tenure at Everest Group, Kriti worked as a big data developer at Publicis Sapient, where she played a pivotal role in assisting leading financial services firms in formulating and executing their data strategies. Kriti holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in engineering (computer science) from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Delhi.
