Santhosh Kumar is a Practice Director on the Business Process Services (BPS) team. He assists clients on topics related to intelligent automation technologies such as process mining, task mining, and process orchestration. Prior to joining Everest Group, Santhosh worked as a systems engineer with Infosys Limited. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Andhra University.
